You've finished school and don't just want any old job, but want to build something, take on responsibility, and help shape it?
For our marketing team, we are offering a hands-on internship in Content Creation & Community Building. You will develop our Facebook channel from scratch and gradually grow into strategic and operational content work.
Who we are
THS is a Christian online school for German-speaking families worldwide. We support families with children through practical teaching, personal guidance, and a strong foundation of values.
Our aim in this is to renew our generations with courage, faith, and wisdom. Our faith is not an add-on but the center of our work. We work with a Christ-centered focus and understand education as a holistic mission.
Our Facebook channel is currently still in its early stages (<50 followers). We want to build it in a structured way, develop reach strategically, and acquire qualified leads in the long term.
That's what we're looking for you for.

You will work closely with our Instagram manager and the Head of Marketing. As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility and increasingly shape processes independently.

What we are looking for
We expect a lived, viable relationship with Jesus Christ. Active involvement in a Christian community is a matter of course for us.
No prior experience is necessary. However, this training is contingent on the personality of the person undertaking it. We are not looking for a pure social media user, but rather an individual who wants to create and take responsibility.
Ideally, you bring:
Willingness to assume responsibility
Willingness to learn and discipline in work
Security, or at least courage, in front of the camera
Joy in approaching people and building genuine connections
Very clean spelling and linguistic precision
Willingness to learn the technical aspects (interfaces, tools, platforms)
Ask questions—even when it gets tough
We’re not looking for someone with influencer aspirations, but rather someone who is serious about learning and building something. More important than experience is your willingness to stick with it, be open to feedback, and grow professionally.
Native German is preferred. English and Spanish are a plus, but not required.
What to expect
Practice-oriented training with real responsibility
Close support from Marketing Management
Scope for design within clear guidelines
Development perspective with growing responsibility
Remote work or in-office work (Paraguay) is possible
Cooperation takes place within a suitable contractual framework, depending on residency, availability, and individual circumstances, usually on a fee-for-service basis or as an independent contractor.
This training requires commitment, a willingness to learn, and the readiness to visibly take on responsibility.
